RallyRoster provides a web-based scheduling and rotation matrix utility designed for recreational tennis and racquet sports sessions. The Service runs entirely locally inside your device's web browser framework using client-side execution (e.g., sessionStorage). We do not host user accounts, maintain member databases, or store physical records of your matches.

2. "As-Is" and "As-Available" Software Delivery

The Service is developed, provided, and delivered strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" baseline. We make no explicit or implied warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the operational consistency, algorithmic perfection, accuracy, math totals, or error-free rendering of tournament fixtures, rankings, or leaderboards.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RALLYROSTER, ITS CREATORS, ADMINISTRATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF BROWSING CACHES, TOURNAMENT DISRUPTIONS, CORRUPTION OF HARDWARE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

4. Sports Safety & Physical Injury Disclaimer

RallyRoster is strictly a mathematical grouping assistant. We are not a sports organizer, regulatory body, or physical supervisor. Tennis and related court activities carry inherent athletic risks of injury.

User Assumption of Risk: Any individuals participating in pairings, singles matches, doubles tournaments, or configurations generated by this Service do so purely at their own personal discretion and peril.
No Liability for Harm: RallyRoster completely disclaims any and all liabilities concerning bodily injuries, medical emergencies, equipment breakage, facility damage, or health complications sustained on or off the courts during matches tracked using this utility.

5. Intellectual Property

The front-end design, style definitions, custom rotation generation logic, layout arrangements, brand assets, and textual instructions contained within the Service are the property of RallyRoster and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Scraping, redistribution, repackaging, or unauthorized commercial resale of this code base is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to alter, adjust, delete, or permanently retire files, scripts, or operational features of this application at any time without prior notifications or obligations to users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard global digital compliance criteria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal inquiry regarding these terms must be addressed via the formal channels established on our web interface.
